Thrive Together 2025 - CESPHN Mental Health Forum
Event description
Our Mental Health Forum, Thrive Together, continues its tradition of bringing together individuals and organisations who are passionate about mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and suicide prevention. This year, we’re spotlighting the impact of adolescent mental health and online experiences, a presentation by Russell Roberts from Equally Well on Unequally Unwell: Shorter life expectancies, reduced life opportunities, and identifying and addressing mental health impacts such as burn out and compassion fatigue.
This event is for frontline workers and serves as a hub for exchanging valuable insights, expertise, and information about the innovative programs and initiatives shaping mental health care in Central and Eastern Sydney. By fostering dialogue among diverse perspectives, we aim to deepen understanding and deliver meaningful change within the mental health sector.
What’s new for 2025?
This year’s forum will feature:
In-depth sessions on stepped care, future integrated hubs, and adolescent mental health and their online experiences.
Expert-led presentations: Strategies to address mental health impacts such as burn out and compassion fatigue.
A professionally led and relaxing Sound Bath experience.
Fun and engaging activities to both stimulate networking opportunities and professional relationships.
Live music.
Thrive Together is more than a networking event – it is a platform for learning, growth, and collaboration. During this event, participants can:
Acquire actionable knowledge to navigate current trends in digital mental health, burn out and compassion fatigue.
Share expertise and explore innovative solutions with like-minded professionals.
Contribute to the collective mission of enhancing mental health services, accessibility, and outcomes in the Central and Eastern Sydney region.
