She discovered yoga as a teenager - thanks to her mother - and has stayed rooted in the practice ever since. Archana has completed over 200 hours of training in yoga, meditation and pranayama in India and continues to explore how these practices support women’s bodies and inner lives. A devoted practitioner of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), she invites women to turn inward and feel more peaceful within. Through group & 1:1 sessions, corporate programs and workshops, she supports women returning to their inner wisdom.
