Thrive retreat is nestled at the base of the Tararua Forest Park. It is the perfect place to unwind and envelop yourself in rural Wairarapa tranquility.

The women’s wellness and yoga retreat at Thrive is the perfect weekend escape. You can recharge the batteries and revitalise; mind, body and soul. With a small retreat group of no more than 10 people in total, you can be sure to have the space you need. Yoga, massage, meditation and immersion in nature guided on horseback, it’s my idea of bliss!

We start each morning on a retreat with a yoga flow practice and there will be the opportunity for daily group meditation sitting. During the weekend you will enjoy relaxing yoga nidra and blissful restorative/yin yoga sessions.

The weekend is fully catered with nourishing, locally sourced where possible, vegetarian food. You will have enough free time to walk, journal, meditate, read, sleep, relax and unwind or add in some optional extra treats.
