Do you have horses or ponies? The City of Greater Bendigo, the Nature Network and Axe Creek Landcare invite you to come along to this free workshop to learn more about practical grazing management strategies that maximise equine health, and pasture growth.

The workshop will be presented by life-long horse rider and passionate sustainability advocate, Annemaree Docking from Thriving Rural. The session will assist horse owners and land managers to develop a sustainable equine property that benefits their horses and the environment. Attendees will learn about practical strategies to support sustainable grazing in Bendigo, and will cover the topics:

Best practice pasture management principles under different management contexts
Managing pastures and soils for soil and horse health
Planning and designing your horse property, including paddocks
