Join Uplyft CEO Jo Sadler and Dr Mhairi Cowden, Deputy Director General, Disability, Department of Communities, for an information session on Thriving Kids Connect WA.

Designed for service providers and professionals supporting families of children with mild to moderate developmental delay and autism, this session will explore how Thriving Kids Connect WA works, how families can access support and how professionals can guide them through the process.

You'll also hear the latest updates on the broader Thriving Kids model and its implementation in Western Australia.

Bring your questions and hear directly from those leading the initiative.
