Join Katrina Salisbury, certified health coach and sports physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, for an engaging and interactive workshop designed to help you navigate the health challenges of midlife. Katrina will guide you through strategies to unlock your best self during the menopause years and set you up for vibrant health and positive aging in the decades ahead.
The workshop is targeted at women in their midlife experiencing health concerns such as:
- poor sleep
- weight gain
- anxiety and elevated stress
- exhaustion
- high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or high blood sugar (diabetes).
The workshop will provide practical insights to help you feel your best. You don’t have to be going through menopause to attend!

Learn how hormonal changes impact your mood, sleep, and physical health, and discover practical approaches to managing common symptoms like hot flushes, brain fog, and fatigue. This empowering session will help you assess your current health status, then consider your wellness goals for the second half of life. Through guided discussions, you’ll learn how to shift your mindset, and leave with actionable steps to keep yourself motivated.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Northern Beaches Women's Shelter in Manly.
Katrina offers specialised health coaching to women in their midlife at Freshwater Health Clinic within Harbord Diggers or online. She has developed The Health Circle - a framework incorporating the 7 key pillars of health which she delivers via an online program combined with 1:1 coaching.
