This month we are focusing on the throat chakra and how we can free ourselves of any restrictions about speaking up, advocating and communicating our truths with kindness. Our goal is to create space for an experience that gives you a greater ability to express your authenticity in healthy and empowered ways.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide you with a slow active functional movement exercise allowing you to deepen into your body and create space for letting go. After that Leah will lead you through a process that weaves crystal singing bowls, vocalization & a guided throat opening process.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.

Dawn will guide you to create space and openness throughout the spine with emphasis on connecting to and expanding the throat.

Leah will lead you through a guided process to clear any blocks around using your voice and activate a new sense of empowered free speech.
