We will use potent yog-vedantic techniques stemming from the Himalayan Tradition, to delve deep into the subtle body for cellular healing and purification. The practice integrates Kriya, Breathwork, Mantra, Movement, Meditation, Connection.

This is for anyone who desires to heal and evolve, clear blockages and connect with their highest self.This is a safe and nurturing space. You will be guided by an experienced facilitator and be held and supported to have your experience. You are free to be as you are without judgement. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey.
