THRU THE VEIL is an introduction to the 5Rhythms Dance Map of Gabrielle Roths Shadows.

Each Rhythm has a shadow side. One that can teach us about ourselves, our habits and our desires.

This workshop will explore both the light and the shadow of each Rhythm, offering a new and enlightened perspective on the 5Rhythms Wave.
