Platinum Sponsor $2,000

• Main sponsor for the event - only one available

• Receive 2 team entries (10 people) for the event, a $600 value

• Company name listed at the top of all the sponsors in the largest font

• Name and logo will appear in all event related emails and postings & announced at the event

• Access to the TV’s behind the bowling lanes to run your own slideshow presentation or video showcasing your companies line of products and/or services during the event, 6 to 9PM. Limit to three slides of 5 min intervals.

Gold Sponsor $1,500

• Includes 2 team entries for the event (10 people), a $600 value

• Name and logo will appear in all event related emails and postings & announced at the event

Silver Sponsor $800

• Includes 1 team entry for the event (5 people), a $300 value

• Name and logo will appear in all event related emails and postings & announced at the event

Bronze Sponsor $250

• Name and logo will appear in all event related emails and postings & announced at the event

• Not a team entry.

Drinks Sponsor $400

• Company koozies can be placed, 5 at each lane to accompany the beer buckets.

Team of Five $300

• Fill the lane and go for the top team score!

Individual Bowler $60

• Come as you are and be placed on a team when you arrive

General Rules

Team Composition:

Each team must consist of exactly 5 players.

Players are only allowed to be on one team. Any player found to be on multiple teams will be disqualified from the tournament.

Registration:

Teams must register all 5 players before the start of the tournament.

Incomplete Teams:

If a team has less than 5 players on the day of the tournament, they may still compete, but they will receive the lowest score for each absent player.

If a team has less than 4 players, they will be disqualified from official ranking.

Match Format:

The tournament will consist of two rounds where each team plays two games.

The team with the highest average total pinfall between both games wins.

Scoring:

Standard ten-pin bowling scoring will be used.

In the event of a tie for any of the top positions, a frame by frame roll-off will determine the final ranking until a clear winner is observed.

Strikes over spares for elimination.

Code of Conduct:

All participants are expected to display good sportsmanship.

Any form of cheating, including tampering with scores, will result in immediate disqualification of the player and possibly the team.

Punctuality:

The tournament will start promptly at its scheduled time. If a team is not present, they will forfeit their participation.

Disputes:

Any disputes or issues must be brought to the attention of the tournament organizers(THSOA Board) immediately.

The decision of the tournament organizers is final.

Tournament Structure

Double Round:

All 20 teams will compete two rounds of play.

Each team will bowl two games

The total pinfall for the two games will be averaged to determine the team's score.

Awards:

Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 teams based on total pinfall.
