Rather than always pushing, processing or trying to change something, Thursday is an invitation to slow down and let go.

These journeys are selected with regulation, grounding, reconnection and release in mind.

Through conscious breathing, immersive sound, music and guided audio, you'll be supported through a full 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
