Tibetan Healing Concert

ALL ARE WELCOME to experience the heART and mission of Lama Tashi Norbu, a Tibetan Buddhist monk and artist whose activism is aimed to open the first museum of Tibetan Art in the United States. A space that will anchor his interest in human rights, peace, environmental awareness and expansion of well-being and serve as a home to his teachings here in the USA. 

The Tibetan Healing Arts Tour 

The Tibetan Healing Arts tour is a sensorial and heart-opening experience. A bridge between prayer, sound and art. 

Tibetan Buddhist mantras are words originally spoken by Buddhas while in deep meditation. Reciting them helps to replace the endless internal chatter of the mind with calming properties that purify karmic imprints and bring beneficial energy. Meditating with the mantras brings focus and deepens our presence while offering protection and blessings. (excerpt from https://www.lamatashinorbu.org)

The Tibetan Healing Concert at Abundant Space is a unique opportunity to be guided by Lama Tashi Norbu in an uplifting meditative chant and experience the ease and frequency of his abundant creativity. A live painting will be done during the chanting to add to the thirteen pieces of Lama Tashi's original art that will be displayed around the room. This is an immersive opportunity that will open and remind one of the connection between prayer and art. 

All proceeds from the Tibetan Healing Concert will be donated to the mission of Lama Tashi Norbu and his charity.

This event will serve as the opening ceremony to a week of many different opportunities to connect with Lama Tashi Norbu while he is on tour in Scottsdale, Arizona. The primary purpose of this tour is charity. Thank you for your interest in our upcoming events!

  5. Sacred Thangkas is in one way, a Tibetan Buddhism astrological reading. It is a 45 minute experience of Sacred Tibetan chanting rituals by Lama Tashi Norbu where the individual will be gifted their personal Buddhist mantra (based upon time/place of birth) that they may use to empower their life journey. The physical result is a the mantra hand drawn on a scroll that doubles as a beautiful piece of art. Sacred Tibetan Tattoo  

If a person is interested in the ritual and ceremonial experience of receiving a tattoo, Lama Tashi Norbu will also be offering Sacred Tibetan Tattoos at a private residence in Phoenix, Arizona during his stay. Similar to the Sacred Thangkas, the tattoo is intuitively designed according to the Tibetan astrological system and birthdate. While this unique Buddhist mantra is artfully embedded onto the body/skin, Lama Tashi prays and guides this mantra to imprint it into the body, mind, and speech.
