Each session explores a unique theme:

1) The Three Fundamental Energies: Foundations of Tibetan Medicine
Discover Lung (Wind), Tripa (Bile), and Beken (Phlegm) — the three vital energies that govern physical and mental functions. Learn how their balance supports health, and how their disturbance leads to disease.

2) Tibetan Medicine & Tibetan Buddhism: Bridging Health and Spirituality
Explore how Tibetan Medicine is deeply intertwined with Buddhist philosophy. Healing is not just physical but also spiritual, rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and the law of karma.

3) Medicine Buddha Meditation Practice for Daily Life
Experience the healing power of Medicine Buddha through guided meditation. This session offers simple yet profound practices to support inner peace and emotional clarity in everyday life.

4) Embracing Your Inner Nature: Living in Balance with Your Body Type
Identify your unique constitutional type and receive practical guidance on food, behavior, and daily rhythms that support your natural balance and vitality.

5) Sacred Balance: Tibetan Medicine for a Peaceful Mind
Explore the mind-body connection from a Tibetan perspective. This session focuses on emotional wellbeing, mental stability, and how Tibetan Medicine nurtures a peaceful and resilient mind.

There will also be a celebration for His Holiness Dalai Lama's birthday on the Sunday.

About the Teacher

Pema Gyaltsen is a Tibetan Medicine Practicioner with a rich cultural background and a deep passion for Tibetan medicine. He completed his formal education at Men-Tsee-Khang, an esteemed institution known for preserving and promoting the ancient wisdom of Tibetan medicine. With over 15 years of dedicated study and practical experience as a Tibetan medicine practitioner and teacher, he is guided by the principles of balance, harmony, and individualised care. Pema's goal is to offer holistic healing and promote wellness by preserving the ancient knowledge of Tibetan medicine and serving humanity with unwavering dedication and compassion.
