Guided Meditation and Tibetan Sound Bath

Take an hour to slow down, switch off and simply rest.

The session will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by a Tibetan sound bath using singing bowls and other acoustic instruments.

No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed.

Gloria facilitates small-group meditation and Tibetan sound bath sessions around Perth, creating a space for people to slow down, rest and reconnect with themselves.

Please Bring

·         Yoga mat

·         Pillow

·         Blanket

·         Eye mask (optional)

·         Comfortable, warm clothing (you may find you get colder than usual once your body starts to relax)
