Join us for a deep dive into relaxation with Tibetan Yoga practices, meditation and sound. Suitable for any age, any body, any experience level.

During these times of uncertainty and stress, it is more important than ever to look after ourselves and connect.

Join us for relaxation sessions with Tibetan Yoga practices, meditation and sound.

This course is a deep dive into these practices through conscious movement and meditation.

Tapping into a gentle healing system that relieves stress, transforms negative patterns and helps us to be balanced and healthy. It increases our enjoyment and appreciation of life and heals both our bodies and minds, bringing their energies together to function smoothly and harmoniously.

Based on Tibetan teachings for living in harmony with physical and universal laws, this practice develops our ability to heal and energize our entire being. In addition, It teaches us what it means to just be.

The practice includes stillness, movement, postures, breathing exercises, self-massage, mantra and visualization.

Sessions every Wednesday from 28th July till 1st September.

Brian Berneman teaches Tibetan Buddhism and Meditation at The School of Modern Meditation as well as running courses, retreats and workshops around the country. Originally from Buenos Aires Brian has spent the last few years here in New Zealand bringing these ancient practices to our community in a fun and easily digestible way.
