The Tide & Times Café is a warm, relaxed space where the focus is always on the person, never their diagnosis.

Whether you are living with dementia, noticing cognitive changes, caring for a loved one or simply wanting to connect with others who understand the journey, our doors are open to you.

What you can expect

Coffee and connection: Enjoy tea, coffee and light snacks in an easygoing, judgment-free setting.
Supportive companionship: Our trained volunteers are on-site to offer companionship and a helping hand, with a dedicated space available for carers to chat.
Information and practical guidance: Access evidence-based resources, including the Walking Together series, alongside insights on managing changes, self-care and local support services.

Good to know before you book

No formal diagnosis required: Anyone experiencing changes in memory or cognition is warmly invited.
Come as you are: Having a tough day? That is completely okay. We move at your pace and embrace moments of lightness and laughter.
Bookings and cost: Attendance is free, but registration is required to help us prepare the space.
