Culinary brilliance converges as four acclaimed chefs from different shores gather at Maitraya Luxury Private Retreat for one exceptional day set against the wild Southern Ocean. Enjoy canapés crafted out of collaboration and premium local produce, plus an abundant Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oyster Bar, and a selection of premium wines by Singlefile and beers from Boston Brewing Co., showcasing the diversity of the Great Southern. The chef team comprises Jo Barrett (The Age Good Food Guide’s 2024 Chef of the Year and World’s 50 Next - Pioneer), Evan Hayter (de’sendent), Paul Iskov (Fervor) and Corey Rozario (Dahl Daddys). Rarely open to the public, this is your opportunity for a unique, intimate experience at this iconic homestead.

The bus will leave Albany Visitor Centre at 10.20am for the lunch session and 4.50pm for the dinner session, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get checked in.
