Tier 1 Cohort Series: Coaching Systems is a three part series supporting organizational teams to develop a sustainable, data-driven coaching system. Participants have an opportunity to share their progress and experience during an optional session following the series.

Session dates are Dec 12, 2023; Mar 19, 2024; and June 18, 2024 from 1-3pm.

During the cohort sessions participants will assess their current training and coaching processes, identify areas for growth, implement opportunities and tools for staff performance feedback and coaching, as well as develop a policy of sustainable implementation of ongoing skills development through coaching.
