Event description

Tier 1 Cohort Series: Shared Values System is a three part workshop series supporting organizational teams to develop, teach, and reinforce shared values. Participants have an opportunity to share their progress and experience during an optional session following the series.

Series dates: Jan 9, Mar 12, and May 14, 2024 from 9:30-11:30am.

During the cohort sessions participants will learn how to develop shared values with buy-in from stakeholders, create environmental values matrices, identify how to teach and reinforce shared values, as well as implement values data tracking and recognition systems.
