Tier 1 Cohort Series - Coaching Systems

Tier 1 Cohort Series: Coaching Systems is a three part workshop series supporting organizational teams to develop a sustainable, data-driven coaching system. Participants have an opportunity to share their progress and experience during an optional session following the series.

Series dates: Jan 3, Mar 6, and May 1, 2024 from 9-11am.

During the cohort sessions participants will assess their current training and coaching processes, identify areas for growth, implement opportunities and tools for staff performance feedback and coaching, as well as develop a policy of sustainable implementation of ongoing skills development through coaching.
