Claudelands is a 10-15 minute walk from the CBD, pedestrian access is via the Arena Plaza on Heaphy Terrace. Bicycle racks are also available on site. Taxi stands are located on Heaphy Terrace. Access to the venue is via the Ground Floor. Lifts are available in the arena foyer and at the conference concourse.

Make your way along The Concourse and you will find our Registration Desk.

Toilet location

Accessible bathroom facilities are available on the lower and upper arena concourse of the Globox Arena, the lower conference concourse and beside the Brooklyn Rooms on the upper level.

Accessible parking

There are a number of accessibility car parks available in the Heaphy Terrace car park, approximately 80m from the Arena Plaza. And also Brooklyn car park has a number of accessibility car parks available, approximately 80m from the Exhibition Halls.

Hearing Loop

The Arena and the Heaphy rooms are fitted with a hearing aid loop which is accessible by turning your hearing device to the ‘T’ option.
