On Friday 8 August we welcome Natillie Johnston (Tillie J) as she pours her wines all night long - with pizzas by DA PaOLO.

A four-time Top 50 Young Gun of the Wine, and recipient of the People's Choice Award in 2023, her recognitions are many, and her wines back it right up. A Yarra Valley native, Natillie has honed her skills at iconic wineries such as Yarra Yering, Leeuwin Estate, Brokenwood, and Cristom. Her travels through key wine regions have shaped her approach to winemaking, deeply influencing her commitment to producing wines that express their terroir in a pure, fruit-forward manner. Tillie J Wines, her eponymous label, reflects her dream of returning to her roots, where she produces wines with a focus on cool-climate varieties and minimal intervention.
