A Westpac Ambassador for over a decade, Sir John Kirwan (JK) has dedicated much of his life to helping New Zealanders feel more confident talking about mental health. While he’s known around the world as an All Black legend, it’s his honesty, vulnerability, and advocacy off the field that have made him one of Aotearoa’s most respected and influential voices.

You’ll gain practical insights, relatable stories, and down‑to‑earth guidance you can apply in your own life, your whānau, and your community.
