Time Management Skills

Building our capacity to improve our skills.

Did you know that effective time management can boost individual productivity by up to 25%? In the high-demand, resource-stretched environment of a community sector workplace, that kind of improvement can make a powerful difference—for you, your team, and the communities you serve.

Time Management Skills is a practical course designed to help people make the most of their time, energy, and focus.

This workshop goes beyond to-do lists. You'll explore strategies for setting priorities, managing competing demands, and creating sustainable work habits that reduce burnout and increase impact. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, you'll learn how to align your time with your values and goals, while staying responsive to the ever-changing needs of the people and communities you serve.

Whether you're juggling multiple roles, leading a team, or simply looking to work smarter (not harder), this course will help you take control of your time and create space for what matters most.

In this course, participants will:

  • Reflect on their own time style and habits

  • Consider how their work preferences align with organisational processes and values

  • Investigate a range of different tools and frameworks

  • Develop an individual plan for improvement

This workshop is for community sector workers at any level who want to improve productivity, reduce stress, and make their time count—without losing sight of what matters most.

This workshop will be delivered by Linda Watson, from Impact Facilitation. Linda has over 20 years of experience in delivering learning experiences to community sector workers.

The cost of this workshop is $180 plus GST. Refunds are available up to a week prior to the event.
