Ride the Cyclone: Teen Edition presented by Time Slip Teens

Join us for Time Slip’s first ever student-led production of Ride the Cyclone: Teen Edition. May 21-23 at Time Slip Theatre's new home in Old Louisville at 100 W. Ormsby Ave.

In Ride the Cyclone, the lives of six teen chamber choir singers are cut short in a freak roller coaster accident. When they awake in limbo, a mechanical fortune teller tells them one of them has the chance to return to life. Through a hilarious series of songs, the teen contestants compete to decide which of them should live beyond the Cyclone accident. Ride The Cyclone brings its audience to question their own lives. What makes a life well-lived? Who deserves a second chance?

Theatre doors will open 30 minutes prior to curtain, and the lounge will be open 45 minutes prior for drinks and popcorn.

All audience members will enter through the marked gate just to the right of the main entrance on Ormsby (signs will be posted). We will have all names at the door, but to make check-in easier, you'll receive digital tickets upon checkout that you may present at the door.

Parking is available on the street; however, we have partnered with the Filson Historical Society to allow FREE parking to Time Slip patrons! It saves you the time of hunting for a spot, and it's a very short walk to Time Slip from there. You can route to the lot at 251 W. Ormsby Ave.

The show is suitable for ages 13 and up. It includes references to death, alcohol, and some mature themes.
