Event description
Join us for an intimate evening of music, food, wine, open fires and laughter. Hosted by Haydn from Buller Wines, your food will be expertly matched with wines from their signature range. With LIVE MUSIC from our very own Mollie Waters, this will be a night not to miss! We have prizes for the best Christmas dressed person on the night, so get festive!!
Arrival - 6:00pm (Glass of Nook Prosecco & Tathra Oysters on arrival)
First Course - 6:30pm
Beef Cheek Bourguignon
(6 hour slow cooked Upper Murray beef cheek, marinated in Buller Wines signature Shiraz, mixed with Christmas
spices, shredded and served on a sweet potato puree and finished with crispy shallots and a red wine jus.)
Second Course - 7:00pm
Pork Belly & Duck Breast
(Roasted Pork Belly marinated in a Batlow apple cider, accompanied with a roasted and sliced crispy
skin duck breast. Served on parsnip puree, with local honey/balsamic carrots and broccolini. Finished
with a reduced red wine jus.)
Dessert - 8:00pm
Italian Cannoli
(Traditional Italian homemade cannoli's by our chef - served with fresh strawberries.
