Event description

Are you looking for ways to connect with nature regularly in a modern, urban life? Can you imagine having a go-to daily practice for boosting your wellbeing, your creativity and capacity for social connection? Learn how, in these fun workshops that harness playful curiosity and awe, to give you insights that stick! AND In each session, one winner will take home a free Windowsill Wellbeing Garden Kit :)

Dr Celeste Hill has crafted a practical and fun guide to centering ourselves on nature, to find renewal, strength and support to be our best selves. The workshop guides us to connect with nature more meaningfully and effectively, to sustain our individual and shared wellbeing in an increasingly challenging world.

You will be invited into a playful exploration of Tiny Treasures, to immerse your senses in sights, sound, touch and smell!  Try your hand at exploring with microscopes, UV light and more, as you learn why playful curiosity is so good for your mental health and how you can harness it in daily life. Create your own memento to take home, and leave with new tools to empower your own wellbeing!

Don't worry if the weather is bad, this is an indoor event! To ensure quality interaction and a calm space, numbers are limited to a maximum of 10 guests for each workshop. Learn more about the workshops and the stories behind them, or contact Celeste directly with any questions.
