15 minutes prior to the webinar please click on the link and enter your name when prompted (please do not leave blank). *if the link does not work, please copy and paste into Chrome.

Please follow the prompts on the screen when you enter the webinar.

A GUIDE ON ACCESSING AUTISM SA LIVE WEBINARS AND GETTING THE BEST EXPERIENCE

Autism SA use a video conferencing platform called 3CX. More on 3CX can be found here- https://www.3cx.com/. This provides participants with a safe, secure, and enjoyable webinar experience.

To ensure that you get the best webinar experience, please ensure:

You use a computer or a laptop, NOT an iPad or phone (iPads and Phones compromise the quality of the experience).
Firewalls that prevent 3CX from being used are NOT in place (Use the test link to check this).
Use Chrome to access webinars.
If using a MAC, you may need to download the 3CX software (Use the test link to check this).
Test your equipment and ensure you can hear/see the webinar at least 24 hours prior to the webinar (follow the instructions below).

Please sign into the webinar at least 15 minutes prior to the start time
Use the Meeting Chat box to let the presenter know that you have joined, that you can see and hear
Please leave your microphone on mute (click on the microphone at the top of your screen to turn it off- will go red) during the webinar and only turn on when needed
To ask questions and make comments during the session, please use the Meeting Chat Box
It is up to you if you put your camera on or turn it off
