Tired Mama’s Society: Mums and Bubs Pilates

Join us for a relaxed morning of movement, connection and community at our Mums & Bubs Pilates session.

This event has been created especially for mums who want to move their bodies, get out of the house and connect with other mums, with your little one by your side.

Our qualified Pilates instructor will guide you through a gentle, accessible mat Pilates session suitable for mums of different experience levels. Whether you're getting back into movement after having your baby or simply looking for a morning to move, reset and do something for yourself, you're welcome here.

What to expect

🤍 A gentle 45 minute Pilates session lead by Kelly from Kelly’s Wellness designed for mums
👶 Babies are welcome to attend
🌿 A beautiful outdoor setting at Warndoolier Park
🫶 A welcoming, judgement-free environment
☕ Time to connect and chat with other mums

And most importantly, there is no pressure to have a perfectly behaved baby or to get through the entire class.

Your baby might cry. You might need to stop for a feed, a cuddle or a nappy change. You might need to take a break or step away from the class.

That's completely okay.

This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgement, no expectations.

What to bring

• Pilates or yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Anything your baby may need during the morning
• A blanket or play mat for your bub
• Comfortable clothing you can move freely in

Come along, move your body, meet some other mums and enjoy a morning that's about you too.

You don't have to do motherhood alone.
