And sometimes you can’t even pinpoint why you feel the way you do.

TIRED, WIRED & OVER IT is a relaxed, practical workshop designed to help you better understand stress - what it actually is, how it affects your body and mind, and how it can quietly build up when life has been demanding for too long.

Because stress isn't always obvious.

It can come from the workload you can see, but also the mental load you carry, the decisions you're constantly making, the things you're worrying about, the expectations you place on yourself and the needs of everyone around you.

During the morning, we'll explore:

✨ What stress actually is and what happens in your body when you're under pressure

✨ The difference between everyday stress and stress that has been building over time

✨ How stress can show up physically, mentally and emotionally

✨ The visible, invisible and internal pressures adding to your load

✨ Why you can feel exhausted while still struggling to slow down or switch off

✨ How to recognise your own signs that your stress load is becoming too much

✨ Simple, realistic ways to support yourself and create more space, clarity and calm

This isn't about giving you another long list of things you should be doing.

It's about helping you understand what's happening underneath the overwhelm so you can begin responding to what you actually need.

You'll receive a simple workbook to use throughout the morning, along with three practical resources you can continue using at home.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your own stress patterns, practical tools to support yourself, and hopefully that reassuring feeling of:

Meet your facilitators

Abbie Lee Louw is a naturopath with over a decade of clinical experience and is currently studying trauma-informed counselling. Abbie is passionate about helping women understand what stress is doing within the body and how practical, evidence-informed strategies can support energy, wellbeing and resilience.

Sam Hearn is the founder of Empowering Pathways, a Reiki practitioner and long-time lover of flower essences. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, understand overwhelm and create practical pathways forward that work within real life.

Together, Abbie and Sam bring two different but complementary perspectives - helping you understand both what may be happening within your body and how stress is showing up within your everyday life.
