Adam holds a degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has contributed extensively to the UNLV Biotechnology Center forensic laboratory. He has trained individuals on all aspects of DNA fingerprinting and presented at the 49th Annual Academy of Forensic Sciences on microscopy techniques. Adam's research on brain tumors at the Nevada Cancer Institute resulted in the publication of his work on cell signaling in Oncogene. He has also overseen laboratory sessions and supervised students in the Touro University MHS program. With experience in laboratory design and construction, supply chain management, and capital equipment sales, Adam founded the Aether Gardens Tissue Culture Lab in Las Vegas and managed all Tissue Culture for MedMen and Foundry Works Brands. He has extensive knowledge in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, production, extraction, and analytical testing, having established labs in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

The masterclass covers cannabis micropropagation, including induction, sterilization techniques, plant cutting, and explant preparation. Participants will learn about the different equipment and tools used in tissue culture and how to use them effectively. Additionally, the seminar covers pathogen remediation using meristem and gender screening using PCR.

During the Plant Selection, Leaf and Node Sterilization section of the cannabis tissue culture master class, students will learn how to select and prepare the plant material for tissue culture. Synthetic Seeds Techniques: Cannabis is a plant with tantrums. It doesn't like it when it’s too hot or too cold. But, there’s a way you can do the cold storage of the plant by using synthetic seeds. Learn how to make them and use them to store Cannabis for a longer time.
