Event description

Join our TLC Culinary Club for their annual degustation dinner from 6:00pm on Saturday 30 August or Saturday 13 September in the Main Administration Building's Staffroom here at TLC.

Led by Chef Ben Milbourne, our Culinary Club will cook and serve guests five courses of modern Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh Australian produce.

This is a ticketed event with limited seating. Tickets cost $70 per person + booking fees, all ages are welcome. Soft drinks can be purchased on the night.

Seasonal Vegetable Velouté

Kingfish Carpaccio with Mexican Flavours
Duck with Beets and Smoked Lentils
Pork with Parsnip and Winter Greens
Black Forest Dessert

Please be advised that due to the complexity of the dishes being prepared by our students, we are only able to offer Gluten Free or Vegetarian dietary options. The menu will contain seafood and dairy. 

Seating will be allocated based on RSVPs, there is no need to book a specific table. 

Due to the fact that we need to plan and prepare meals based on numbers in advance, we are unable to accommodate any other guests after 10:00am on the Friday prior to each seating, even if you forgot to purchase tickets.
