    Join the TLC Culinary Club for their annual degustation dinner from 6:00pm on Saturday 26 August or Saturday 2 September in the Main Administration Building's Staffroom here at TLC.

    CARBONARI: The Revolution of Pasta will see our Culinary Club cook and serve guests seven courses of pasta dishes that explore the roots and the expansion of pasta's use through modern cuisine. 

    This is a ticketed event with limited seating. Tickets cost $65 per person + booking fees, all ages are welcome. Drinks can be purchased on the night.

    An additional wine package can be pre-purchased online via Humanitix, or on the night. This 18+ drinks package includes a selection of white and red wines that are paired with each course of pasta and must be purchased in addition to the $65 Degustation Dinner Ticket. The $40 + booking fee Drinks Package is for adults only.

    Please be advised that due to the complexity of the dishes being prepared by our students, we are only able to offer Gluten Free dietary options. As the menu is a secret one revealed on the evening, please note that the meals will contain seafood, dairy, and meat. 

    Seating will be allocated based on RSVPs, there is no need to book a specific table.
