In 2012, she founded STELLAR Strategies, LLC, to provide consulting services and strategies for operations in high-stakes business ventures, technology communications and legislative strategy. She is currently a member of the Committee on Innovation and Technology for the NASA Advisory Council.
Over a decade with NASA, Weber also participated in critical launch, landing and test operations at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, and held senior roles in the areas of procurement and legislative affairs. She began her career as a chemical engineer and holds a PhD in physical chemistry and Masters of Business Administration.
