We invite you to join us for the opening of 'To There and Back' an exhibition of oil paintings by Ken Bonner.

To be opened by local icon of the arts and wine Tony Parkinson.

Ken paints with multiple layers, creating depth, movement and colour with works that represent an ongoing global journey of discovery.

He paints accompanied by music to release a vision of a beautiful, vibrant and joyous natural world ; his expression of nature, in all of its wonders and diversity.

He has exhibited in Bay of Islands and Auckland New Zealand, Mexico, New York, California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma in the United States, Hong Kong, and in Queensland, Australia. His paintings hang in over 26 different countries.

Whilst in the USA Ken was identified as one of ‘Top 40 artist’s to watch’ by the New York Art Business News magazine. His work also featured as the front cover of the International Journal for Clinical Investigation.

Ken and his wife, Patricia followed their hearts and returned to Australia recently, and chose the Fleurieu Peninsula to settle. The move from Santa Fe, New Mexico to the Fleurieu Peninsula has enabled Ken to be creatively inspired by the local scenery, energy and images.
