HOW TO THRIVE exclusive advanced screening in London
Description
IS THERE A SECRET FORMULA TO HAPPINESS?
Positive psychotherapist Marie McLeod takes on 7 people on a transformative journey to learn the secret formula to happiness.
TOAST ALE & CHANGE PLEASE are proud to host an exclusive screening of 'How to Thrive - a practical guide to happiness' at our new pop up space in Regents Place.
Gather some mates around for a helpful conversation about good mental health over a Toast ale, knowing that you are taking action on combatting food waste. Create wellbeing for our planet and ourselves by connecting authentically, building belonging and overcoming the loneliness epidemic.
A serve of beer along with light refreshments are included in your ticket price.
This newly released documentary is being shown in London for the first time and we are excited to have The Australian filmmakers attend for a Q&A.
Bringing great hope at a time when many of us need it most, a new documentary by Director Duy Huynh, Producer Andrew Kelly, and Positive Psychotherapist Marie McLeod beautifully answers these questions as it follows the lives of seven people.
