Join us for a hard hike to Toby’s Rock in Connecticut, where you’ll walk along peaceful trails shaded by towering trees. This group usually promotes an easy pace to fully enjoy our hikes and escape the rush of the city. However, since the train at this station runs only every three hours, we’ll maintain a moderate pace—around 2 mph on uphill sections and up to 3 mph on flat or downhill terrain—to ensure we catch the 4 PM train. This hike is designed for a steady, moderate rhythm so we can enjoy the trail without feeling rushed. Please register only if you feel comfortable hiking at a moderate pace.
