We are thrilled to announce Yvette Zegenhagen OAM Class of 2003, will be our guest speaker.

Yvette Zegenhagen OAM Class of 2003
Yvette is the Executive Director of External Engagement at Australian Red Cross. In this role, she is a member of the Executive team and accountable for the humanitarian diplomacy functions of the organisation. She currently serves as Chair of Australia’s National IHL Committee and as a member of the Editorial Board of the International Review of the Red Cross. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of International Relations and a Master’s in International and Community Development. During her schooling years, Yvette was not only an aspiring academic but also participated in many extra-curricular activities including music, performing arts, and the Diving team. In her graduating year, she held several leadership positions and received the Emma B Cook and TOGA awards. In 2024 Yvette was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for Service to International Law.
