this offering has been brewing inside me for months now and it’s finally ready to be shared with YOU.

🕊️🤍 a six week journey into the heart of community and connection; to that which is Greater than us 🤍🕊️

this mini course [kinda vibe] serves as an opportunity to establish a relationship with your Self :: your Spirit :: and to be witnessed in a group of loving, supportive humans who are on the journey WITH YOU.

i am a strong believer that we aren’t meant to do everything on our own and that deep healing can happen when we come [together]

each week we will gather in person to share in circle what’s been moving in our lives and dive into teachings and rituals to expand our consciousness.

📍 in person gatherings will be held at 630 atlantic ave collingswood nj (aka the epic @yogarebellion_nj )

in addition to gathering in person, 

we will meet on zoom each morning for a 40 day sadhana [spiritual practice] as a way to go inwards before starting the day.
