TOGETHER with Katie Lolas in Melbourne

Following the success of the TOGETHER event in Sydney, Katie Lolas invites Melbourne to join her for an intimate afternoon filled with inspiring speakers and guided movement.

"TOGETHER with Katie Lolas" is all about creating community and connection. This wellness reset is designed to leave you feeling energised, inspired, and equipped with some tools to truly look after yourself.

Doors will open at 1.45 PM for a 2 PM start on Saturday, 19th October, at the Shiva Temple Room in Prana House. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level. All we ask is that you bring a drink bottle and a small towel. Supporting others on their wellness journeys has always been a priority for Katie, and this in-person event is an opportunity for the Lady Lolas community to come together and feel that support in real life.

The afternoon will begin with a panel of wellness professionals, hosted by food, wellness, and lifestyle blogger Katie Lolas. We will hear from Dr. Yumiko Kadota, a medical doctor, yogi, and author of 'Emotional Female'; Sam Rooney, an exercise physiologist and performance coach; and Katie herself. Each panelist will share their personal wellness stories and challenges, as well as insights and advice on implementing balance and boundaries going forward.

Following this inspiring discussion, we will take to the floor for a bodyweight workout (suitable for all fitness levels) led by Sam Rooney to boost our endorphins. This will be followed by a mini stretch/yoga session hosted by Dr. Yumiko to encourage the release of any tension.

Participants will receive a goodie bag, feel the self-love and sense of community, and gain invaluable insights from health experts. Leave the afternoon with tools for ongoing self-care, a feeling of empowerment, and perhaps even some new friends!
