TOGETHER with Katie Lolas in Sydney 2025

Following the success of the TOGETHER events in 2024, Katie Lolas invites Sydney to join her once again for an intimate morning of movement, meditation, and nourishing food.

"TOGETHER with Katie Lolas" is all about building community and connection. This wellness reset is designed to leave you feeling energised, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to support your own wellbeing.

Date & Time: 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM, Sunday 19 October, 2025
Location: Vita Health Club, Willoughby, a new, state of the art wellness facility.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, everyone is welcome, no matter your fitness level. Just bring a drink bottle and a small towel.

Katie Lolas, food, wellness, and lifestyle blogger behind Lady Lolas, will share openly about the challenges she has faced over the past year and the realistic strategies that helped her cope. Joining her are two guest facilitators:

Chaldee Gammo, a cancer survivor turned wellness warrior, personal trainer, and energy healer, who will guide the meditation and stretch.
Damien Giardina, experienced personal trainer and owner of Vita Health Club, who will lead the energising bodyweight workout (suitable for all levels).

Together, the group will move through a workout to boost endorphins, followed by meditation to release tension and restore balance.

Afterwards, participants will gather for a nourishing breakfast featuring Katie’s famous mint tea, freshly made za’atar manoush (a family favourite, prepared by Katie and her mum), and refreshing mini açaí bowls.

Every guest will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to continue the self-care journey at home.

You will leave not only with practical wellness strategies, but also with a renewed sense of self-love, community, and perhaps even some new friends.
