Are you a young person with disability who is thinking about life after school?

This session is ideal for young people, families, support coordinators, educators, and allied health professionals who are exploring post-school pathways and support options. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the program, meet our team, ask questions, and discuss individual goals and aspirations.

Join our Open Day to learn how Together2's Pathways to Employment and Independence (formerly SLES - School Leavers Employment Supports) can support you to build confidence, develop practical skills, increase your independence, and work towards meaningful employment and community participation.

Whether your goals include finding a job, volunteering, learning new skills, or becoming more independent, our person-centred program is designed to help you take the next step towards the future you want.
