Toi Community Open Day

Toi, the first instalment of Marutūāhu-Ockham’s highly anticipated project in Pt Chev is now complete! An instant Tāmaki Makaurau landmark, Toi is a seven-storey stunner clad in harakeke-green bricks that offers breath-taking views of the Waitematā harbour and our beautiful city.

There are 65 apartments in a range of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom options, as well as a residents’ lounge, so Toi is your ticket to a super-connected city lifestyle. But there’s something extra special about this one. Toi is the first building, the foundation stone of a new suburb – an entirely new 11-hectare community called Maungārongo, which, in time, will have a diverse tapestry of buildings and amenities, including a supermarket, a swim club, a daycare, a commercial gym and a hospitality precinct centred around an array of communal spaces.

If you’re keen to come and check it out for yourself, we’re having a Community Open Day on Saturday 20 September from 10am-1pm. 

Several apartments will be opened up and there’ll be a few refreshments, courtesy of Toi’s newest addition Ol’ Mate Café, to keep you going while you explore. We look forward to showing our latest off – and answering any questions you may have about Toi and other upcoming Ockham projects.
