Tomato Growing Workshop

Meet co-author of "Tomato Know, Sow, Grow, Feast" Karen Sutherland at Newlands Neighbourhood House, and learn all about growing tomatoes! We'll start with a presentation where Karen shares her tips on how to grow fantastic tomatoes, followed by a seed sowing activity, which is also suitable for children. 

At the end, everyone can take home a punnet of freshly sown heirloom tomato seeds 🍅

Karen Sutherland has been growing her own food since she could wield a shovel and has spent her working life training and working as a gardener. Through her business Edible Eden Design, she now inspires and educates food gardeners by consulting, writing and teaching.
