Tommerup's Farm Market Day
Event description
Join our family for our Farm Gate Market on Sunday September 24 from 10.30am to 1.30pm
We love to share our farm story with visitors. Our Market Days are all about getting to know us, our animals, and our commitment to producing the highest quality produce that respects our animals, our land, and our family values.
We invite you to chat with our farming family, meet and feed our animals, get to know how we produce the freshest, nutrient dense produce on our 6th generation family farm. We think you'll taste the difference.
Bring your esky and stock up on our Jersey Girl artisan dairy products, made right here on our farm. Fresh vegetables from Harry's Paddock, milk-fed pork, and rose veal. We've stocked up the freezer with our Jersey Girl ice creams too!
Feed our farm animals, meet the farmers, picnic in the paddock or down by the river, and stock up on our fresh farm produce before you head home.
Grab your bucket of feed and create your own farm adventure feeding our crazy goats and sheep, ducks and chickens, dewy eyed Jersey calves, and of course, those pigs! We've had 3 litters of gorgeous piglets in the last two weeks - they're absolutely adorable. Alex, Adam and their friends in the calf paddock are sure to win some hearts. Buckets of feed are included free of charge.
Pack a picnic (it's BYO for this event - we're keeping it simple) and enjoy it in the Picnic Paddock with views to the Lost World and beyond, or lay a blanket by the cool waters of the Albert River. We'll have our Jersey Girl ice creams ready for an after lunch treat - new flavour alert!! BYO picnic and blankets.
And of course, don't forget the esky!
We're looking forward to welcoming you to our family farm!
