It is a soft, quiet space designed to help you understand the comforting language of your nervous system and your body's energy pathways. This session also serves as a relaxed, pressure-free preview of our upcoming weekly online group, Tune, Tend & Tonal Tuesdays (comfortably launching on September 29th). Together, from the safety of your own home, we will look at how we can gently invite your body back into a state of true, grounded rest. What We Will Explore Together:

Tending to Your Body: How chronic stress affects your physical nervous system and gently mapping your vital energy pathways.
The Comfort of Somatic Movement: Why slow, kind movements can help physically release heavy, trapped stress when traditional exercise feels like too much.
