We are partnering with the epic brand new OYF Far Infrared Yoga & Fitness Studio downstairs at Orakei Bay Village. OYF Far Infrared Yoga & Fitness is a Premier Wellness Centre that’s recently opened in OBV. They offer heated yoga, pilates, barre & fitness classes all immersed in FAR infrared heat therapy. Classes focus on recovery, core, flexibility, strength, endurance & mindfulness which are all complemented by benefits of infrared.

We will be joining the OYF team for a hot and sweaty Tone and Sculpt class to begin your Sunday morning, followed by smoothie bowls for breakfast from us at Bowl and Arrow.

What to expect from the Tone and Sculpt class?

Join us for a unique sculpting session using weighted toning bars, pilates balls and resistance bands to work your arms, core, and legs in completely new ways. Build muscle, burn calories and loose fat in this effective muscle conditioning workout focused on controlled movements. Be prepared to sweat and feel sore in muscles you forgot existed!
