On Tuesday, November 24th, we gather for the ninth and final week of our Tone, Tune & Tend journey. This grand finale lands under an extraordinary cosmic sky. Pluto has officially and permanently anchored into Aquarius, marking the absolute dawn of a new 20-year evolutionary era for humanity.

To ground this massive shift, the Moon rests in the lush, deeply stable, and sensory-rich earth sign of Taurus. The universe is handing us a stable foundation, asking us to fully embody our growth, lock in our boundaries, and seal our personal energy fields before we slide into the deep stillness of winter. This final 90-minute online group experience is your cosmic graduation—a sacred container to celebrate your journey, solidify your inner resilience, and leave you feeling completely whole, anchored, and unshakeable.

Our Final Three-Pillar Journey:

🌿 TONE: Grounding, earth-resonant vocal tracks and steady, stabilizing breath mechanics designed to anchor your energy into the absolute base of your spine.
🔄 TUNE: Slow, deliberate, nourishing somatic movement to celebrate your body’s strength, paired with a final round of EFT Tapping, targeted self-acupressure, and an expansive Distance Reiki seal to lock in your personal life-force energy.
🌌 TEND: A lifetime-anchoring Somatic Hypnosis journey to permanently wire your new baseline of safety, worth, and power into your subconscious mind, fading into a magnificent, celebratory sound bath to seal your auric field.

The exercises taught in the group will help you manage your stress by grounding you, reconnecting you to your body, and building somatic skills for self-soothing and regulation. Learn to soothe your nervous system.
