Join us on Tuesday, October 6th for Week 2 of the Tone, Tune & Tend workshop series. This potent 90-minute online group experience falls right as Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio and clashes with an intense Mars-Pluto opposition. This cosmic grid is pushing us to stop swallowing our truth, unlock our physical boundaries, and safely process stored emotional heat. In this session, we will actively work with the jaw-pelvis connection—the two areas of the body that lock down when we suppress our anger, desires, or boundaries. By softening the mouth and moving the hips, we give the nervous system permission to unwind.

What We Will Experience Together:

🌿 TONE: Primal vocalizing using the physiological sigh and somatic growling and chanting seed sounds to safely release stress and activate your personal power.
🔄 TUNE: Deep somatic practices and fluid lower-body movement to uncoil stored physical tension, paired with targeted EFT Tapping to dissolve deep-seated resentment and hyper-responsibility.
🌌 TEND: A restorative, alchemical sound bath featuring heart and solar plexus frequencies to soothe your system and integrate your breakthrough.

Who this is for: Anyone feeling burnt out by people-pleasing, experiencing physical stiffness in the jaw or hips, or navigating heavy autumn transitions.
