Tongan Doctors NZ - Establishment Meeting & Careers Forum
Description
The Tongan Doctors’ Working Group warmly invites Tongan doctors and medical students across Aotearoa New Zealand to our combined Establishment Meeting and Careers Forum.
From 3:00pm–4:30pm, we will discuss the proposed organisation’s purpose, membership, objectives, governance and legal structure. Registered doctor members will be eligible to vote on proposals presented during this session.
From 4:30pm–6:00pm, Tongan doctors from a range of specialties will share their career journeys and advice with junior doctors and medical students.
Registration includes initial membership of the proposed organisation upon its formal establishment: $10 for doctors and $1 for medical students. Medical student members are warmly welcome to attend the full event but will not hold voting rights.
Join us to help shape our collective future, strengthen professional connections and support the next generation of Tongan doctors.
